We prioritise fast in / fast out deals. Our preference is for short-duration, cosmetic and value-add renovations that can be executed quickly, resold fast, and exited cleanly.

We avoid major structural works, heavy construction, or council-dependent redevelopments. This keeps deal timelines tight, reduces construction risk, and minimises exposure to market volatility or interest rate changes.

Rather than chase maximum theoretical profit with outsized risk, we prioritise lean, repeatable profits with more reliable exits and faster capital rotation.
